Given a further rise in COVID-19 cases across Colorado, Arapahoe County moved to the Safer-At-Home Level Red. This newly created level red allows for further restrictions without imposing the Stay-At-Home lockdown previously associated with the old level red (which is now called level purple). This lowers the allowed capacity for restaurants and limited health facility settings, such as AADC, from 50% to now only 25% of their pre-COVID capacity, effective 5pm 11/11/2020.What leads a person to follow public health guidelines?
